Service Description

Workout with a friend, significant other, or small group at any location. The workouts will be designed so people of different abilities still get a maximum benefit for where they are at in their own fitness journey. Working out with others is fun and the more the people, the cheaper it is for the individual. The first workout is free to make sure you're satisfied with what I offer.
